- Return Policy (7 Days)
- Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
- Return requests will not be accepted if the product has been used, damaged, or altered.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (unless product was defective/damaged upon delivery).
- Refund Policy (14 Days)
- Once we receive your returned product, we will inspect it and notify you of the status.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 working days via the original payment method.
- In case of Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or mobile wallet.
- Advance booking fee (PKR 300 for COD orders) is non-refundable if the order is canceled after dispatch.

- Items purchased on final sale/discount offers.
